Videos - for pleasure and progression
Yup. Videos. Inspiring, insightful, funny, moving, clarifying. Somewhat arbitrarily categorised as Mentalising, Motivational, Hilarious.
The inspirational and funny videos require no further explanation, albeit that these can be fairly subjective. It's the mentalising ones that are particularly handy as they vividly illustrate some of the trickier aspects of keeping track of our own mind's acrobatics let alone trying to fathom out what anyone else is thinking or feeling.
In case it helps, we've got a sister website (Go sister!), or as we like to refer to it, a broadcast channel. Youtube's the destination: www.youtube.com/mentalising101 and it might have some stuff on it that I forgot to upload here. (And vice versa.)
